That’s why I don’t offer a ‘one-size-fits-all’ price, but instead provide programmes tailored to your fitness level and schedule. Those who opt for long-term coaching usually see results faster and find it easier to stick with it.

    I offer personal training sessions at a premium gym that has everything you need to train efficiently and safely: top-quality equipment, a peaceful setting and a professional atmosphere.

    But… you can also opt for personal training at home. Ideal if you:

    • you don't have much time

    • prefer to train in your own environment

    • don't like going to a busy gym

    • want to remain consistent more quickly

    You can book me for fixed time slots throughout the week and plenty of slots at the weekend. This means personal training can easily fit into a busy schedule. Before work, after work, or whenever suits you best.

    You train together, but I make sure everyone progresses at their own pace.

    Yes. Personal training at home is one of the quickest ways to stay consistent. No travelling, no excuses, just training.

    You will receive:

    • a clear approach at your own pace

    • coaching on technique and posture

    • efficient sessions (no time wasted)

    • maximum focus on results

    Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger or get back into shape: working out at home can be surprisingly effective.

    Yes. From the Gold Experience onwards, a personalised and fully tailored nutrition plan is included.
    This programme is tailored to your goals (fat loss, muscle building, performance), lifestyle and preferences. No crash diets or one-size-fits-all plans, but a realistic approach that you can stick to in the long term.

    We do not currently offer online personal training. However: Online personal training is definitely on the way
    Behind the scenes, we are working on an online programme that will offer the same quality and structure as our in-gym coaching.
