    I offer personal training sessions at a premium gym that has everything you need to train efficiently and safely: top-quality equipment, a peaceful setting and a professional atmosphere.

    But… you can also opt for personal training at home. Ideal if you:

    • you don't have much time

    • prefer to train in your own environment

    • don't like going to a busy gym

    • want to remain consistent more quickly

    You can book me for fixed time slots throughout the week and plenty of slots at the weekend. This means personal training can easily fit into a busy schedule. Before work, after work, or whenever suits you best.

    No, I don’t offer set meal plans.

    But: you’re certainly not on your own. During coaching, you’ll receive clear guidance on healthy habits, structure and achievable choices that suit your lifestyle. No extreme diets, just an approach you can stick to.
