Sport has been the central theme of my life for 17 years. It has given me discipline, structure and mental resilience, even during demanding jobs in sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality and the diamond industry.
From hard work to Sterk Werk
In 2009, I was a 15-year-old boy who was overweight, insecure and searching for my place in the world. Fitness became my lifeline. Not because it was easy, but because I set myself one rule: never give up.
The path to a healthy lifestyle was anything but straightforward. I made mistakes. Lots of mistakes. I switched gyms, put on weight again, lost muscle mass, had my doubts… but I never gave up. Every setback taught me something.
I combined intense training sessions with demanding jobs: in industry, twelve years in the hospitality sector, and later in the diamond industry. Sport became my anchor. For 17 years, it was the common thread that kept everything bearable, both physically and mentally.
Over the years, not only has my knowledge grown, but so too has my passion for helping others who recognise themselves in that struggle. I undertook training courses, qualified as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, and discovered new training methods, approaches and dietary plans that really do deliver results.
STERK WERK was born out of personal experience
A concept that goes beyond just training. It’s a way to become stronger in life, to turn difficult circumstances into opportunities for growth, and to become a better version of yourself, for your own sake and for the people around you.
I have been officially coaching people as a personal trainer since 2024. I take a results-oriented approach, combining discipline with empathy. The results and testimonials speak for themselves.

That’s why I don’t offer a ‘one-size-fits-all’ price, but instead provide programmes tailored to your fitness level and schedule. Those who opt for long-term coaching usually see results faster and find it easier to stick with it.

I offer personal training sessions at a premium gym that has everything you need to train efficiently and safely: top-quality equipment, a peaceful setting and a professional atmosphere.

No, I don’t offer set meal plans.
But: you’re certainly not on your own. During coaching, you’ll receive clear guidance on healthy habits, structure and achievable choices that suit your lifestyle. No extreme diets, just an approach you can stick to.
We do not currently offer online personal training. However: Online personal training is definitely on the way
